Business End of Topic Assessments

In Business Studies an assessment will be set at the end of each topic. This year the assessments will always take place on a Monday Week 1. Here are all of the scheduled dates for the year ahead.

1.1 Enterprise and Entrepreneurship: Monday 22nd September

1.2 Spotting A Business Opportunity Monday 1st October

1.3 Putting A Business into Practice: Monday 1st December

1.4 Making The Business Effective Monday 23rd February 

1.5 Understanding External Influences on Business Monday 1st March 

MOCK EXAMINATIONS - 

Revision materials available:

• All students have been issued with an Edxecel GCSE Business Revision Guide, Knowledge Organiser and retrieval activities book 
• Power Points on MS Teams - All class PowerPoint slide is available for students to refer back to or make additional notes to create revision aids. 
• Business Studies libraries available in all business classrooms
• Students have access to Seneca to make further revision notes and tests to check their knowledge.
• Past examination questions are on Teams Power Points with mark schemes to refer too.
• GCSE POD Business also will help with retrieval practice 
• In class learning mats for exam tips 
• Tuesday lunch time CCA with Mrs Mckenzie  in room M104
