YouHQ is an important platform that our pastoral teams use to monitor and support student Well-being at BISAD. Form tutors dedicate time for students to access YouHQ where they input simple data on how they are feeling. Students have their own individual accounts, so any input is only seen by the child's form tutor. The tutor can then track trends over a week, month or term and then offer support if a student has expressed a change in how they feel.

The platform also provides access to mental health resources, including mindfulness exercises, stress management techniques, and self-care tips, which help students maintain a healthy balance between their studies and personal lives. Additionally, YouHQ offers personalized tools for setting goals, tracking progress, and managing time, reducing the pressure and anxiety often associated with academic responsibilities.

The platform also fosters a sense of community by providing spaces for students to connect with peers, share experiences, and seek support, creating a nurturing environment that promotes resilience and emotional well-being. By integrating these elements, YouHQ empowers students to take control of their well-being, leading to improved academic performance and a more fulfilling school experience.
